Booking Terms and Conditions

Promote your immediate start graduate roles and training programmes
The NI Graduate Recruitment Fair is a great way for employers to meet and connect with graduating students and other recent graduates from Queen's University Belfast, Ulster University and other institutions, in the promotion of direct opportunities with immediate start dates in Summer/Autumn 2023.
Venue capacity for the Fair is limited and organisations wishing to secure an exhibition space are advised to book early.
The NI Graduate Recruitment Fair is delivered as a partnership between Queen’s University Belfast and Ulster University and has a sole focus of promoting immediately available graduate level positions that are directly with the organisations exhibiting.
We are prioritising organisations that will be actively recruiting for these types of roles at the time of the event with start dates between June and October 2023, and reserve the right to allocate places based on level of recruitment.
Voluntary and Third Sector organisations interested in the fair should contact careersfairs@qub.ac.uk for further information before proceeding to the booking form.

Booking for this Fair is restricted to organisations that are directly offering employment opportunities at a graduate level.
Student experience and opportunity is the primary focus, and we are therefore not accepting bookings from ANY third-party organisations that also have a commercial servicing remit.
The MyFuture portal at Queen’s University Belfast and the Handshake platform at Ulster University remain open for this type of organisation to promote any company specific and client opportunities to students.
No exceptions will apply!

Bookings are being facilitated via the Queen’s University Belfast MyFuture portal.
Queen's University Belfast reserve the right to reject or amend registration forms that are deemed not to meet it's service policy.

The University and exhibitor each accept their obligation to comply with any official guidance from the Northern Ireland Executive relating to public health e.g. COVID-19
If the University is obliged, due to specific restrictions imposed by the Northern Ireland Executive, to close the Premises to which the Fair Booking relates, it may offer the exhibitor an alternative platform or revised date but if that cannot be agreed the Fair will be deemed cancelled and the University will refund to exhibitor of all monies paid by them.
The University shall not be liable for any losses whether direct or indirect suffered by the exhibitor as a result of any of the measures adopted by the University in accordance with Government restrictions or the cancellation of the Fair.
